MediPAL shall not be held responsible whatsoever, for the correctness or otherwise of the details provided by any applicant for a MediPAL Alert Card. Particularly in respect of the MEDICATION details which, might, in the event of an emergency, and/or accident, cause incorrect medication to be administered.
MediPAL Alert card holders must ensure therefore, in the event of any changes to their medication or medical history, they inform MediPAL immediately in order for a new card to be issued. There is no charge for the first two revised cards.
MediPAL accepts no responsibility for any damages, personal injury or death caused by the provision of incorrect information by the applicant.
