MediPAL® shall not be held responsible whatsoever, for the correctness or otherwise of the details provided by any applicant for a MediPAL® Card. Particularly in respect of the MEDICATION details which, might, in the event of an emergency, and/or accident, cause incorrect medication to be administered.
MediPAL® accepts no responsibility for any damages, personal injury or death caused by the provision of incorrect information by the applicant.
All MediPAL® card holders must ensure that, in the event of any changes to their medication they inform MediPAL® immediately in order for a new card to be issued. There is no charge for the first revised card. However, ANY FURTHER revisions will be charged at the current rate.
