Your MediPAL® ID card is supplied fully printed with all your details on.
You need to provide the unique details you want to be printed onto your MediPAL® ID Card when you check out.
Need a duplicate MediPAL ID card? Maybe to keep it in the car or have a family member or carer to carry for you? You can do this when adding to your basket.
